I am filing a petitiom for my 15 years old daughter and I have received an email from.the NVC stating that they have received all required documentation and waiting for an interview date available at the embassy. My question is

1. What is the next step I have to do?

2. Do I have to appear at the interview? 

3 Do I have to fill DS 5540 form?

1.  Wait for NVC to schedule the interview.  Most consulates require an interview letter before you can get a medical exam.

2.  Yes, normally, the parent must attend with a minor.

3.  Maybe.  Check your consulate instruction on their web site.  Some consulate also send emails with specific instructions.
