Morocco: All borders are closed to international travelers until further notice. Returning residents must self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. A state of emergency is in place until 10 July. From 11 June, provinces will be categorized into two zones depending on the level of COVID-19 risk present in the region. An “exceptional movement certificate” is required for various activities, and these reasons differ depending on whether or not you are in an area categorized as zone 1 or zone 2. People must wear masks while in public in public.

Morocco just (yesterday) said people could return to work but trains not running yet just a few buses. so like it says above "until further notice"  according to this site

Good Morning All,

Question? Looks like international travel is opening for only Moroccan Citizens and their Family members beginning July 15th. Would anybody here be able to shed some light on if Fiancé’s are considered “family”?

Not sure but I did read that you have to provide a marriage certificate if you are a spouse of morrocan citizen... I am scheduled to fly the 16th so I will make sure to post the outcome for anyone who is inquiring...
