This is sickening. Even when a woman does it "right" and goes to the courts, she can still be treated like she's the criminal. Glad this jerk is off the bench for good.

It might have been in the NY Times article I read about it -- I did not use that one because I didn't want to get the "I don't read things behind paywalls" issue up and running again.

There are quite a few judges that should be removed.  I wish judges at all levels had to re-qualify every few years so their competence could be assessed.  Don’t we do that to quite a few professionals?
