Child's name disappeared from CEAC portal

Hi,

 

So i just logged into my parent's CEAC account to upload their civil documents and was shocked to see that my sister's name has disappeared from the applicant information column. Both my parent's and sister's application fees was already paid and DS-260 was also submitted. Her name wasn't in there initially when my parent's I-130 was approved in December 2019 but i emailed NVC on January 4th 2020 and explained that she is solely reliant on my parents due to being a special needs child and that there's no way that my parents can travel anywhere without her. NVC then subsequently added her as a dependant on 27th February 2020 in the application and now for some weird reason her name has disappeared again.  

 

Has anyone ever come across this issue before?

If you are filing for your parents, sorry to say that there aren't any derivatives in this category. no exceptions. It doesn't matter that your sister is a special needs child. and that's why they erased her from the petition. they realized their mistake

 

now if someone else is filing for them, such as siblings, it would depend on her age

 

you didn't mention what category it was and who was filing for them

So you petitioned your Parents separately? And you also petitioned you Sister?

 

Your Sister has a very long wait. She is not connected to your Parents.

What previous posters said - if you filed for parents only there are no derivatives with those visas. If you filed for your sister, she has a long wait ahead.
