Hey everyone,
Just looking for some advice. I applied for ROC with G-1145 for E-notifications. I received my text notification that my NOA was mailed out on the 16th April. I still haven't received it in the mail after 2 weeks. We have informed delivery.

1) I'm assuming the fact they mailed the NOA means my case was accepted? We sent a cashiers check that came out of our account the day we went to the bank so we cant see any 'cashing of check'
2) I see that other people are getting their NOA even where I live in less than a week lol. Should I hold off calling or call to get it resent?

My work is already getting on my case about my work status expiring soon and I would like to have the extension letter sooner rather than cutting it close.

Thanks!

Ok, I hope you're right. I stupidly told work I would have the extension letter within 2 weeks. Here I am, no letter to speak of. lol. It's strange that it would take so long when all my other mail is arriving on time just fine.

When will your current one expire?  It is possible to get a duplicate but I dont believe they will issue a duplicate until at least 30 days pass that you didnt receive it.

I have until July. I'm just thinking worst case scenario that it actually did get lost in the mail and never arrives. I think you're right, I tried filling the online request out and it wouldn't let me submit based on my application date. In this case, I would have to wait until May 16th to even ask for it to be resent... and then wait some more for it to arrive in the mail.

My other concern is just making sure they accepted my packet.

Forgot how stressful this is after 2 years of living in peace.

Call USCIS to request status of extension letter.
