Anyone here that is petitioning for stepchild that as already gotten Documentarily qualified?

Petitioner already submitted documents at NVC and waiting to be reviewed. What are all the supporting documents did you upload for the petitioner? I want to make sure that NVC don't want anything else that would delay the process .

As long as you submitted the documents they asked for you should be fine. But If you’re asking in reference to evidence of relationship your marriage certificate and his birth certificate should be sufficient.

A birth certificate was not submitted for the petitioner, just his US passport was submitted for evidence of US citizenship.

NVC usually ask for the original birth certificate. That’s usually on the list. Are you able to check again?
