Uscis approved my i730 and was waiting for the next step

After approving i730 and got the approval email i checked my online status and it says it's reopened and i waited about a month and it changed to we transferred the case to another office and within 24hrs it changed to department of state returned ur case to uscis for review what's happing to my case my family is waiting for interview date since i am approved and got approved paper is there anyone who can tell me what's happing..... thanks

I don't think NVC would yet assign a number if it was returned to USCIS so nothing to check in ceac.

It was approved they mailed me the approval paper and i have it in had but all of the sudden within one day in ceac it says its transferd to another office and in the next morin it says department of state send us ur case for review....

My relationship is i have spouse and children and both the petition got approved by the uscis my all documents are correct i applied on time tho

I initially thought so too but I am assuming if DOS touches it they create a case number, and it would be weird for USCIS to send it back to themselves

OP can you confirm you saw the status change in CEAC and not through the USCIS status portal
