August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

Could I please be enlightened on my dilemma of my slowly expiring IR1 visa that I haven't used yet, through no fault of mine?

 

I have been issued my visa, but have to book a 221 g appointment for my son. Even before the corona virus came into the picture I couldn't find a slot.

Now the embassy is closed, what do you think I should do about my visa?

Can it be renewed when it expires unused?

 

Firstly.. I don't want to leave my son here.

Secondly, I'm stuck here because of the virus.

 

What do I do? Any ideas?

no one knows what will happen, you just have to wait until it is open again and ask them
