Will past K-1 non-marriage effect my chances of new K-1?

I'm doing some research for my boss and she asks:

"I did a fiancée visa for another Brazilian in 2016 he came into the country in January

2017 and left in April we did not get married I never filled out any paperwork or told

anybody anything about what happened he just left before the visa expired and that

was it I need to know if that’s going to have any bearing on applying for a fiancée visa

for [my new partner]."

Are there repercussions on a new K-1 process if you've already had a partner enter on a K-1 and did not go through with the marriage process?

No.      If it has been more than 2 years since petitioning anyone you don't need to get a waiver even

Nothing special required. One of the questions in her current I-129F will ask if she has ever petitioned in the past with an I-129F. She will have to list the past application there. But she doesn't need a waiver and doesn't have to justify it.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.
