Hi everybody 

 

Please i am Confused about what to do at this part 

i dont know what to answer YES Or No 

 

My wife has 2 kids from past relationship 

i dont have any kids with her yet 

 

when.i do answer Yes they ask me about evidence of kids like birth of certificate or court order of parenting 

 

i dont know if i should answer Yes or no  ... please help thanks

she should have sent evidence of her children with the application so ask her if she did

otherwise NVC may ask her for copy of the birth certificates or the embassy could ask

and she should have presented the certificates for the marriage in Morocco and given you them at that time

you need to have and keep copes of all things related to the marriage and the application
