When i mailed the forms and evidence, it came out to two folders because i had alot of pictures and evidence. Just want to make sure they wont just throw one away since one has the paperwork with a couple of evidence and the other has all the rest of the evidence. i mailed it together in one large envelope.

Op, I suggest you change your profile, it still shows you filed a K1 fiance visa and that will confuse people trying to help.

throw them away after the decision right?

No.  Throw them away immediately.  Folders, not the contents.
