I have applied usa visa and make payment..suddenly i reschedule my us appointment...to day i cane my appointment and their is no reschedule option ...when i go for a new appointment ita look give payment again.

But i paid already...now my id is frozen for 72 hours...haw can i refund my money or reschedule my appointment with my existing cgi reference number😭😭😭😭😭😭

To clarify, did you try log in to the visa appointment website with your existing ID to change the existing appointment?  According to the website that is what you should do (that is where the link to “change your appointment” takes you https://www.ustraveldocs.com/bd/bd-niv-appointmentschedule.asp 

Not sure why your ID got frozen, did you have problems remembering your password, or did you try start a number of applications perhaps?

i applied for my parents  & my father makes several time appointment, finally he cancel the appointment and inform me there is no reschedule i said you have cancel your appointment. now he is afraid for the visa fee which i paid,

 

I gave an E-mail to the Link. I don't know what will be they do for me.

Ah. As I said before, usually you can only change 3 times on the same fee, then you have to start again with a new appointment and new fee.  I guess that’s what happened here. Although the Bangladesh-specific site doesn’t give a number, it does say “Restrictions to Changing Appointments: Applicants are limited to the number of times they can reschedule their appointments. Please plan accordingly so that you are not required to pay another visa application fee.”
