I have been waiting for my visa to say issued since on the 28th of February last update was 17th of March which is 13th business days.

is it possible that my visa has been sent to the collection centre and the embassy forgot to change my status to issued bcos of the impromptu temporary lock down and the collection centre forgot to send me an email to come pick it up?

Aunt of mine said it happened to her daughter last year though that was a Canadian visa. She said her visa was sent to collection centre but they didn't send her email to come pick it up and they waited for 2months. Her daughter finally went there to make enquiries and they said they've return her visa to the embassy bcos she didn't come pick it up in time?

Is it possible that this is my case right now?
