AOS fee still “ in process” after almost a month

Sorry about this,  you might want to call NVC about this issue. We had similar issue,  IV fee shown as paid but unable to access DS-260 form. It took us almost two months to resolve this issue.

I’ve been trying to call them for a few weeks now and nothing. They won’t even put me on hold so I can wait.....they just say “do to the amount of calls they’re receiving, that I should call back at another time”. Then it hangs up

have you received any updates? I am having the same issue but after 2 weeks of the "PROCESSING" status it changed back to "PAY NOW" and I was able to submit the payment again.

Are you getting this message before logging into the account?

My status finally changed from in process to paid yesterday. It took 3 weeks exactly

I just seen the payment was taken from my bank account today but the status still says in process and does not allow me to submit documents

That’s exactly how it was for me, payment was taken out of my bank account the next business day but on the CEACS website it still said payment was in process for 3 weeks. Now I can finally upload my AOS Form and other related documents. Hopefully you won’t have to wait that long

call about 50 times in a row if you have to, after that men says "thank you for calling the national visa center" you will hear a different message. Don't call one time in the afternoon and then one in the morning, it does not work like that, call until you get an answer. be prepared to wait a long time. I had to wait for more than 2 hours. Good luck!
