Is it hard? Any idea on the process? Requirement? Can I bring him as a tourist?

Do your research on the USCIS website. It will help you to understand what visa are available and what the requirements are. He can apply for a tourist visa himself .. you can’t bring him here as a tourist .. and he cannot stay here on a tourist visa

Unless he is highly educated or has extraordinary abilities he will need a company in the US to sponsor him. If he wants to pursue the employment route. It will have nothing to do with you

He would need a job offer from a Company willing to sponsor him.

He can apply for a Tourist visa to visit like any other Tourist who wishes just to visit.

If you weren't a us citizen then it is impossible,  as a us citizen it simply takes more than a decade

YMMV

You can absolutely sponsor him to immigrate, just takes a long time.
