I don't get on uscis website there mentioned 7 to 10 months for cr1 visa why in pakistan they gonna take 12 to 16 months

7-10 is an estimate for USCIS it will be at NVC for a few months...then the Embassy who can hold it for years...

That's for the I-130 petition. USCIS does not issue visas.

Total time to interview for the CR-1 is typically around 12-16 months.

AP is not uncommon with Pakistan, which can take many months as well. No way to know if that will happen or not until it does happen.

CR-1 is suggested.

9 days is likely much too little for Pakistan.

7 to 10 months is just for the first part (USCIS). Next your case will be send it to NVC. To transfer the case will take more or less 2 months,  then in the NVC will take about 3+ months, depending how many things you need to submit again and the approve time.

And more time for the Embassy schedule your interview.

Before applying again I suggest you to really expand time together and start to adding your future wife in your insurance,  bank account,  etc.

Good luck

Pakistan is tough on K-1s if you spent time alone with her and not her family that causes a huge red flag as it is not customary to be alone together before marriage.  Many K-1s are denied  because of this.

Best bet is to get married, spend lots of in person time together build a life together and file a CR1.

Good catch, that rules out a K1.

We met in Baku, azerbaijan been together 9 days and we met almost 3 years ago on Facebook and he did not eve look on our pics our religion is same

9 days spent together in person is inadequate, especially for Islamabad.  You will need many more visits in order to be successful with any petition.

Background checks.  Your government does not cooperate with the US the way other governments do, which is why for Pakistan the PCC is irrelevant.

It's just not the country of Pakistan but also towards Pakis who live in other countries. My husband has lived in Spain for 12 years as a legal permanent resident and he STILL was in AP for over a year. And we visited each other 5 times within 3 years, I had multiple conversations with his parents and families but never traveled to Pakistan with him. It was a long process for us. Only good thing that really came out of it was he got his 10 year greencard!

USCIS part may (or may not ) take 7 to 10 months

then there is the NVC part

then wait time for the interview / some embassies take as long as 5 months to schedule one as they are backed up

all in all a 9 day trip is a sort vacation to immigration and not considered time enough to know someone

you need quality face time / longer visits or multiple visits
