Hello everyone, I sent my I-129F package on 1/16 with USPS two day priority shipping. It originally said expected delivery on 1/18 by 8pm. I’m getting worried that the tracking info doesn’t yet say “out for delivery.” I have the below message when I track it. Can someone help me understand what this means? Does this mean it won’t get delivered until Tuesday because of the holiday on Monday? Any reason why it wasn’t delivered today?

What difference between today or Tuesday.   Nobody is working to receive it until Tuesday anyway

YMMV

I wouldn't panic. Government offices are typically closed on weekends and the weekend is extended if there is a national holiday on that monday (in this case January 20th is Martin Luther King Day). It's most likely just waiting to get picked up. I would check again on Tuesday .

I am in the exact same situation as you LOL. My USPS app says "Available for Pickup". USCIS is closed on Saturday and Sunday as far as I am aware. They will be closed Monday as well since it is a government holiday. Your package is not "Out for Delivery" because it was shipped to a P.O box and not to someone's house or an office.  It can't go out for delivery because a USCIS worker will have to pick it up. Don't worry.  Our packages will be picked up on Tuesday.

Edit: I even sent my package out on the same day as you.

Thanks everyone! It just updated to “available for pickup.”

It's a little to early to start second guessing this process. Sit back and not concern your self with those things that you cannot control. Trust the process. You paid for shipping to a PO box and that's what you got. Unfortunately it was a weekend and mail does not get delivered on the weekend.
