Need advice from senior members

Timeline

Hello everyone 

I'm USC 50 years old .My husband is 28 years old and he is from Pakistan.we have 22 years of age difference.

We met online on November 2017.

Time spent together;

1st Trip 

          23 April 2018 to 3rd May 2018

2nd trip;

          8ty July 2018 to 18th July 2018 

3rd trip to his home country/family visit

           3rd December 2018  to 24th January 2019

4th Trip to Ireland/ Travelled together 

        25 th January 2019  to 25 July 2019   /almost 6 months 

Marriage Date:

          July 8th 2019 

My husband finished his post graduation and started job in Dublin Ireland.

My question is how much more evidence we need??

My earnings is 25k.im working in Walmart/ Supervisor position

Do we need to spend more time together??

How we can overcome red flags??

He asked me to move to Pakistan and live there until we get the approval but I have to work we don't have any assets.

Any advice please

Where does your husband currently reside?  In what country would he interview?  A lot of time AFTER the marriage is the best cure for red flags such as a large age gap.  Additional positives are financial mingling, legal documentation normally generated in a marriage (not always possible for couples living in separate countries).

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

He is currently living in Ireland and probably would be interviewed in Ireland

Islamabad can be a difficult consulate for some people.....something to keep in mind.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
