Do you have to sign for green card delivery? My wife's is due to arrive today according to USPS Informed Delivery. It was sent Priority Mail with tracking. Our mail person is notorious for not knocking and just leaving the slip. Then we have to go to the post office and pick it up.

Not a newbie but lost my old info years ago) I have been through this process before --all the way through naturalization-- This site has always been a great help to me.

They left mine in my mailbox back in the days.

My first go around, too. But now they use tracking and priority mail. Probably because of lost green cards.

Ours was delivered straight to the mailbox.  No signature needed.

Green card received. No signature required. My wife was actually worried she might have to speak to an American Postal Worker as it was my day in the office))))  Thanks to everyone who replied.
