I started by calling Akai to ask questions on what I was expected to bring, etc. However during the phone call, the Akai receptionist wasn't too pleasant on the phone. He spoke like I was bothering him with questions. I was only asking about what am expected to bring, etc. So I decided to ditch Akai and try Holy Trinity Medical Center.

From the onset they were eager and willing to help me with my questions and even offered more insight for my understanding. Going to Holy Trinity, every nurse or doctor I met was professional and nice to me. They offer snacks to everyone that comes for medicals. It was a breeze. No unnecessary delays or the sort. I am happy with my experience with Holy Trinity. Just sharing incase anyone in Ghana is wondering how the experience was... 😃

How much was the cost for the medicals and what did they ask you to bring along. and did you have to book an appointment first please?

The cost is 1860 cedis for Adults and 1500 cedis for minors. U will need to bring 6 passport pics, passport and interview appointment letter, u can take e passport pic at their place which cost 10 cedis. U don’t need to book any appointment. Just be there wen u r ready. They open at 8:00 am n close at 4:00 pm.

Also know ur petitioner address cos u will be asked on the form.

Did they ask you pick up your medical results or did they tell you it will be forwarded to the embassy?
