Jun 10, 2019 First Interview at US Embassy Manila, 07:40 AM resulted to refusal pending:

1. I-601 Waiver for Inadmissibility
2. 221G Document on Advisory on Marriage (send with Passport)
Jun 19, 2019 Sent 221G Document on Advisory on Marriage (send with Passport)
Jun 20, 2019 Courier delivery of 221G Document on Advisory on Marriage and Passport
Jun 21, 2019 Sent I-601 Waiver package to USCIS Nebraska Service Center
Jun 23, 2019 Courier confirmed delivery of I-601 Waiver
Jun 24, 2019 USCIS receipt of I-601 Waiver

Not sure, never got past window 62 when I was there.   Maybe they want to interview you again ... if they were "denying" you wouldn't be asked to come back.   I would call that a good thing!  :thumbs:

I don't know but I think that the fact that they are asking you to come in is a good sign. I mean, wouldn't they just send a denial letter if that were the case?

My apologies for piggy-backing. Are the windows for the K-1 Visa interview on the second floor?

Window 70 is for lack of a better term, "special services".  My wife went to Window 70 to "check in" before her second interview

For some reason it got me so anxious. I have been waiting a full cycle of 2 months since my waiver approval on 8/8, I am constantly on edge.. Was interview on another window?

Yes.  Window 70 simply was checkin and instructions.

furthermore.. the email came from FPMmanila@state.gov which according to my research FPM stands for Fraud Prevention Manager.. this confuses me coz I already have an approval for I-601 waiver to overcome fraud and misrepresentation

 I did not even pay attention to the FPM in the email you posted  .. .yes for sure they will interview you again.

 

A waiver does nothing more than "allow" you to apply, has little to do with the actual approval.

 

Remember to look them in the eyes when speaking, smile and answer only the questions asks .. then be quiet.     And .. relax.

I will have to learn to be quite for once. I promise to try to smile even if I will be a nervous wreck, I am so anxious, don't know what to expect, where to start.. but almost there

1st floor for K-1 interviews.  Usually the windows to the right as you go in.

 

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

K-1s start left for pre screening and biometrics but the interviews are on the right.

I guess it's the same pre-screening and biometrics windows for everyone. It's just that the interview windows are further down and on the other side.
