Hi everyone! I hope I can get answer for my current issue. I received my I-751 receipt and the USCIS misspelled my middle name. I have already submitted the typo error correction thru e-request and after 4 months I have just received my biometric appointment letter and they still have not fixed my middle name. I really want to travel back to Vietnam but I am concerned that on the way back to the US, the Vietnam custom border will not let me board because of the mistake. I talked to my lawyer but he said it would be fine for me to re-enter the US because as long as the A-number is correct. But I am still worried from the Vietnam side, before boarding they will make it difficult because of the incorrection information and I don't even know if they have database of A-number thingy like my lawyer said over there. Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, please help. Thanks!
