Disclosing membership to groups?

So,

I have never disclosed in my visa application, k1, i451 or i751 that i was a member of Red Cross(europe)  and one more non profit organization in USA. As a matter of fact, i don't even remember a question about it.

However, on n400 they ask about this, but i have no clue when i joined.

Like i dont think i can even narrow.the year for red cross and i only participated 2-3 times in volunteering activities for both of them.

How do i go about it? I know its probably not important but i want to disclose it

You know you are in Europe and put approximate year, since they are good organizations, you will be fine and they will not ask anything about them

I just looked at my aos and roc, i forgot to include those two organizations. Is this going to be an issue? I never received a membership card from them or anything like that but only participated in a fund raising event at local grocery stores and planting trees ..

Should i include in n400 or just omit it?

Include it. I forgot to put one in on my n400 application, mentioned it at interview, the officer just made a note about it, it was fine.
