Please I need a big advice. we just had a baby and she is just four months old. Meaning we don't have her name on my wife application when filling. They approved my wife petition today Oct0ber 9th, But before today I already asked my wife to get the international passport for my daughter, which she did. I know we will be waiting for the NVC BUT Kindly help with any advice how to go with my new baby. Thanks in anticipation for your feedback!

If you are a green card holder at the moment,  then this quote below is your answer :

"Any child born to your relative before your relative is admitted to the U.S. can get a visa along with the rest of the family, without another I-130 and without any extra wait. When it’s time for the family to apply for their visas at the U.S. embassy or consulate, your relative can apply on behalf of the child, showing proof of the birth and the I-130 approval"

It's called derivative visa.

It's called derivative visa.

Contact NVC so they can update the petition. Then a DS-260 will be needed for the child. Other than the I-864 for your spouse (which will be sent to NVC once ready), everything else with the child will essentially mirror that of your spouse. I wish I had more specifics there but the process at the consulate varies from consulate to consulate.
