Concern on Case Status “Ready” and it has been at least 3 weeks?

Hi all,

My fiancé and I had our case approved with the NVC. After a week or so later, we checked the CEAC website and said it was ready. However, my fiancé hasn’t gotten anything from the US Embassy in Bishkek. It has been at least 3 weeks since we had any updates on it. Is there a step we are missing or need to do before the interview information is sent to her?

Check on the regional forum as well for specific embassy advice...

Not a newbie but lost my old info years ago) I have been through this process before --all the way through naturalization-- This site has always been a great help to me.
