My case status updated to "New card is being produced" on 10/2 night,

It's supposed to change to "Case was approved" 1 or 2 days later. However, It haven't happened until now (10/5).

Is it normal or should I do something?

Any suggestion or explanation will be appreciated. Thank you in advance! 😶

It appears that you have everything all messed up. In your timeline you indicate that you are trying to remove conditions (ROC), on a FB-1 visa that your timeline indicates you were interviewed at the Armenian embassy/consulate, and your country is listed as China? Then you post your question in the K1/K3 Adjustment of Status (AOS) Process Forum about a "new card in production"?

Here is some straight information, USCIS has a number of different phrases that are sent to the recipient(s) when there is a change in case status. I have personally seen the message sequence you describe with the additional message of "case is in review," followed by the ones you mentioned, all in no particular order and repeated several times. In the end, we took 2 out of 3 messages and felt that we would be getting the GC, and that is indeed what happened. It is tough to say what is normal when you are speaking about USCIS processes and messaging, it is so prone to misinformation. What can you do? Wait and see what shows up in the mail, or if you feel bored...contact the USCIS Customer (Mis)Information Service Center on Monday, and try to "devine" the best 2 out of 3 responses.

Suggest that you straighten/correct your timeline or explain the glaring disparities in the profile.

YMMV.
