My case status updated to "New card is being produced" on 10/2 night,

It's supposed to change to "Case was approved" 1 or 2 days later. However, It haven't happened until now (10/5).

Is it normal or should I do something?

Any suggestion or explanation will be appreciated. Thank you in advance! 😶

I don't think it is a problem........Your card wouldn't be produced otherwise.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

How many days is the time gap between card production and mailing?

Eventually you received the approval notice or not?

You should receive the approval notice the next few days.

The only things after Card being produced are that it is being mailed.

My status changed April 29th to new card in production, and then that it was mailed out on May 6th. So mine took a while to do anything.

Did you receive the status of "case was approved" before the card was mailed out?

Nope. It went from the case not being found, to "Your new card is being produced" to "Your card has been mailed out".

I received the letter on May 3rd maybe.

It happens. Don’t worry. I never got an approved status either. It went from fingerprints reviewed to new card being produced. Sat like that for a week and then the card arrived in the mail.  No tracking number or anything. I got my new card in June and my status still says card was mailed 😂

Thank you guys!

Today I received the physical approval notice mail, although the case status hasn't been updated.

There is no more information about the card.

The last case status is still "card is being produced".
