Have you seen Ilsa She-Wolf of the SS? I am constantly amazed at the absolutely TERRIBLE films I have watched in my life, given that my parents tried to raise me on a diet of AMC and TCM. (Which is why my password in high school for just about everything was Rosebud....) Anyway, I have seen Ilsa three times now, which is three times more than any sane person should watch, the last time being when I found out Al hadn't seen it. I made him watch it at 8:30 in the morning, and he was surprised by quite how many mammaries there were in it.  (There are quite a few, in many stages of dress and undress.) He said to me, "Imagine you're a young starlet in the 1970s, and you go to Hollywood, and you get a role in a film. It's this film, and you call home to say, 'Hey mum, I made a movie!' And it's this one, and there your (expletive deleted) are, on the big screen, being tortured." I told him not to be silly, this was a Canadian production, Hollywood had nothing to do with it.

:D

I have not seen that one. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad. This type of film seems to be a recurring theme with B movies though. I'm sure I've seen some just like it.

Well, you can come to me for any recommendations for exploitation films. I may not seem like a likely person to have seen things like Twins of Evil (starring the first identical twins ever to have a Playboy centerfold) or a bunch of Russ Meyer films or I Spit on Your Grave, but I fell in with a bunch of weirdos in college so I got to see some strange stuff. My ex thought it was unseemly but since I am a free spirited lass these days, I watch what I choose. Saw a not half terrible Christopher Lee/Peter Cushing movie on Thursday I hadn't seen before, I want to say it was called Dracula and His Vampire Bride. Many mammaries.

Thank you for keeping us abreast of this, QOB ma'am.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I actually watched I Spit On Your Grace the 2012 movie last week. It was the first time.i watched it with sound because the bootleg  version I had in Afghanistan had no sound.

I will have to watch Vampire tonight maybe since I have the day off tomorrow.

thank you as to go to England from the south Pacific for an interview would have been the furthest anyone had to travel

and i would bring that up to all who say "i am 4 hours from the embassy" and to travel there for an interview is too hard

but even that,  New Zealand must have been quite a trip

you must have a lot of drive to do this

Congrats

Because of my contacts at the US embassy and certain agencies in the South Pacific, as I said we were able to do a video interview

The print of the Lee/Cushing film is not great. But it's an effective Hammer film, even if it's not one of the very best. My favorite of the 60s/70s cult horror films has got to be Witchfinder General.

There was a YouTube  video talking about some of the most horror filled horror films ever. I found a couple decent movies from that list.
