any experience on approved I-601 administrative processing ?(merged)

On interview I was advised to file waiver and to send additional document along with passport. Embassy received document and passport on same month. My waiver was approved on August which embassy confirmed receiving. It had been more than 30 days since but we have not gotten any letter or communication from embassy but the standard undergoing administrative processing. My husband then inquired because we did not received a 221g refusal so why is it under going administrative processing. Two days after inquiry, I got a letter in the mail, 221g refusal for administrative processing. They still have my passport. Did we pissed them off that instead of a normal review they put me in administrative processing? Any experience with embassy in Manila refusal for administrative processing?

Thank you, all that I was trying to say is maybe, there is hope in sight for those who are in AP. They MAYBE, and it is a big maybe, they can convince the embassy to act upon their application in acco

Nope.   From AP it can go to READY but there is no announcement that AP is complete ..  once the reviewing is done it is ISSUED or DENIED/REFUSED

I am beyond frustrated. Just when I thought the worse is over, the worst happens.

6/10/19 refusal due to Cenomar (I did not bring we have marriage certificate) and I-601

6/19/19 sent Cenomar and Passport to USEM per instructions

6/25/19 USEM received Cenomar and Passport 

8/9/19 USEM received approved I-601 waiver

8/14/19 CEAC change from Refused to Administrative Processing

8/19. 8/31, 9/3, 9/4, 9/6, 9/11, 9/12, 9/13 CEAC dates changing on Case Last Update Date but still the same Administrative Processing status

9/14/19 received 2GO letter from USEM, 221G refusal for Administrative Processing, checked CEAC and status is still same Administrative Processing status

Shall I be worried? I have at this process for 1 year 8 months, will I ever be issued a visa? USEM did not send back my passport.

no second interview, i think because it had only been a little more than 90 days from my initial interview. i hope you are correct with it not being a refusal. everyday counts for us. i am lifting and leaving everything up to the Lord, i am claiming that visa in Jesus name!

normally,they finished AP in 2 months  after request for additional documents.just be patient

It has been almost 2 months since USEM acknowledge receiving  my approved I-601 from USCIS. My IR-1 case have been placed in administrative processing since. Do anyone have any experience to share as a point of reference? Is this the standard process for post waiver approval? What should my expectations be? USEM have my passport.

I know, thanks. But while being patient, I still want to hear about other experiences on this, I don't read much about USEM filers who have gone through the waiver process.

Yup I do understand ...   have not seen many I-601 waivers come through (as in yours may be the 2nd I know of) .. not sure you will get many replies.
