Could my dumb sister affect my wives AOS?

Long story short, I have a little sister close to my wife's age. She was just convicted and released on probation and has to do drug programs and whatnot. My sister never lived with any of us and now begging my Dad to allow her to stay with us all (We all support one another) but apparently my Sister has also been using our address for everything as well. 

Is there anyway this could affect my Wife's AOS and could this also affect my Dad's Fiance's K1 Visa?

 

If so, any links to the source of this so I can use it to show my Dad to keep the druggy and bad rep away from my wife? 

I am just fed up with this drama and my Wife is so confused about it and it will take me another month or two for me to move us both out.

 

Just frustrated and venting at same time.

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

7/19/2017: Visa in hand
