I know...

I FOUND that I wrote HIS BIOLOGICAL FATHER...!! But this time, I wrote my husband's name.

You should have put the biological father's info on the form....not sure why you felt that info should change from the previous form to the one now.   The child has only one biological father.  Keep in mind that although the previous i-485 (and other) application was denied---USCIS will retain the info on your application in your immigration file and it can be compared to this new filing for discrepancies.

Oh because now his father is my husband so I think I should’ve not filled my ex husband’s name. And this AoS is based on family, so my husband’s name on it seems natural.

Did your husband legally adopt your child after your marriage?  If not, the biological father is the father.  Your husband is his step-father.

Your husband's name is already on the application as your spouse, and also on other forms as your petitioner.

Edited to add:  Presumably you were already married when you filed the first i-485, right?  The first one was based on family, as well.

If the step parent is listed as the father (and they weren't adopted), USCIS would almost certainly look at the birth certificate and issue an RFE (at best).

OK. Based on what you posted about the RFE, the easiest route now is to refile the AOS and include the items the RFE asked for.

Are you and your spouse still together?

Do you live together?

Of course you need to submit evidence of your marriage. This is a whole new application and you need proof you married and proof the marriage is legitimate. Joint bank accounts, joint property, insurance policies, etc. Please read the guide for AOS on this site for help.

Thank you. I will submit joint bank account and insurance, but need photos and cards for this initial package?

We’re done with paperwork but still waiting for money to pay for the fee from my husband’s brother. I don’t think we will be able to submit before October 15.
Now I am worried about the form. Do I have to remake all of the form after October 15? I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131... and need the new form I-944.

Who will be reviewing your package?  Were you able to contact the assistance center in your area?
