I 485denied. Can I get work visa or something instead?

If you wait until October 15th or later you will need to fill out the new versions of the I-485, I-864 and the new I-944.

I think someone asked you this before, i don't remember what you said. do you not have a credit card? i think that's the best option in your case, that way you can make credit card payment at your own pace. it's either that or refill the new forms and i believe you add more paperwork to your package after October 15. I know you are aware.

I of course don’t have a credit card, my husband neither. 
Done with paperwork, just waiting for the money to corrected....

Did your brother-in-law agree to lending the money for the filing fees?

Do you have someone to look over your paperwork in the end before sending it in?

@MinoriHave you submitted your applications yet? if not looks like the new forms have been delayed for now.

Not yet. My husband has been trying to talk but seems busy. He will talk to his brother today. 
No, my paperwork seems ok.
