Hi,

My US citizen fiance is a soldier, and he doesnt have a passport, and boarding passes, only military orders, but he has no any paper which says he was in my country. But we have many receipts with our bank cards numbers on it (from same places, same time), and we can attach bank statements too from these payments.

Is it enough? Or what papers we need to prove he was here?

Copy of the military orders should work  ;)

Even if it doesnt say he were really here? It has only few possible NATO countries on it. My country is on the list too, but there are other countries where he didnt go.

So my US fiance is a soldier, and he has no travel documents like passport, only a military order.

This order not name my country, it says “Travel from United States” and there is a bunch of countries WITH my country on it too. (But he werent all in these countries, only 2-3, and my country)

How can we prove he were here in my country, what he can ask for in the army for this to prove?

We have restaurant receipts, hotel receipts, train ticket, wedding ring receipt, pictures together and with family, wedding plans, videochats and calls, text messages... But he has no travel document like boarding pass and passport...

This is my biggest fear we get an rfe about it...

What should we do? Or this military order and the following evidences works?

I recommend calling the Military Help line at USCIS. They can answer those questions.

USCIS has established a toll-free military help line exclusively for members of the military and their families. USCIS customer service specialists are available to answer calls Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (CST), excluding federal holidays. After-hours callers receive an email address that they can use to contact USCIS for assistance.

I wrote our hotel where we were in this summer, because my US fiancé booked it, and only his name was on the receipt, and the hotel will send me a statement about both of us were there in that day.

Is it an evidence?

My fiancé has the hotel receipt, and the receipt of the payment with his bank cards last 4 number on it, and now this statement from the hotel about me too.

Normally the absence of tickets and boarding passes would raise suspicion, but in your case you have a perfectly good explanation for it. So long as you provide what you have, I'm sure you'll be fine. Even though his military orders include other countries, it at least mentions your country. Along with receipts, pictures etc it should be enough (what else can they expect you to provide in these circumstances?).

I hope so..

we ask a bank statement for our receipts to make sure those receipts are mine.
