Hey guys, we're filing out the form for the K-1 Visa and I have had a SSN from a previous employer from when I worked in the US in the past on an H2-B. Now, should I include it in the beneficiary bracket or has that SSN expired by now? This SSN was first created 2 years ago. Thanks!

SSNs are valid for the life of the holder and only "expire" upon the holder's death

YMMV

So I should include then, and this also means I can skip the part of getting a SSN when adjusting status in the US?

Lucky you

YMMV
