why not? staple it together with the plane tickets/bus fare tickets of the meet up and it will be a solid proof of meeting face to face. ;)

Usually pictures are not considered sufficient proof on their own; they're part of proof (passport stamps, airplane boarding passes, and other travel receipts with dates show you were in the same city/country at the same time; pictures show you actually met) but barring something that obviously indicates the date in the picture they don't say when that meeting was.

Pictures are not "solid proof" of meeting within the immediate two years before filing, which is a requirement of the petition.

pictures alone are not. but if you add plane tickets and other circumstances of the meeting, don't you think it will be a solid proof? if you re-read my inputs, pictures TOGETHER with other stuff will be solid proof.

No.  "Solid proof" isn't a thing.  They can be secondary evidence to the primary evidence, but they don't "prove" the timing of the meeting, which is one of the main requirements of the petition.

Then my petition should have been denied due to lack of "solid" proof because I sent no pictures

YMMV
