When i finally get to the interview stage in sydney australia (which i am so excited for... nowhere near that yet though as we havent even filed yet, waiting on name change documents..) i am wondering if they will ask to see my social media account / my fiancees? Can I volunteer to show them our social media accounts? Because theres sooooo much evidence of our relationship on there dating back a year. Videos of us together, comments of love and support from friends, family and the like... public declarations of love and commitment... I feel that it help our case a lot so i am wondering if they ask

For Australia you are unlikely to be asked for any evidence of an ongoing relationship. It’s a very easy consulate to get through.

 

The DS-160 will ask for social media user IDs of the beneficiary but this is more to do with national security than a “show and tell” of your vacation photos. They are more interested in whether you are following extremist groups or involved with terror organizations than pictures of you kissing in the sunset. 

 

You can submit copies of Facebook photos and messages. But it’s not necessary.
