I-864 sponsorship help

Hi y’all,

 

My wife is filling in an affidavit of support form as the petitioner but we are using joint sponsors to support the application - should we tick the box that shows she is the primary petitioner or the box that shows she is the 1st of two joint sponsors?

-Your wife( sponsor) will be the the petitioner .

-The join sponsor will be the only join sponsor(1d in I864).

Would the joint sponsor say he is the 1st of 1 joint sponsors?

He will be the only join sponsor if you're doing CR/IR visa.

If the joint sponsor files his taxes jointly with his wife, will his wife need to fill in an affidavit and act as a joint sponsor too?

If so, the wife need to fill out I-864A and make sure the household size is correct.

Does household size count the petitioner and beneficiary if we are living together?
