My posting that you responded to was directed to TXBILL (Philippines) as he asked me specifically on this.    You made a posting to TXBILL (Philippines) stating it does happen .. rarely.  Not sure how you know this about the Philippines.   

 

... are you seeing the path you took here?     You started out making comment to TXBILL  about how things happen in the Philippines ..     And now your trying to be sarcastic about my response in regards to TXBILL ?
