What is mean by Ordered Removed 212(a) (7) (A) (i) (I) CBP Form I-860 removal Order Issued to section 235(b) (1) of the act?

You would need to ask the Consultant why.

I already asked why. They told me "If you have already get waiver first then It would be easy to justify it to your Canada application. At least you can tell them that you had fight for your removal". 

 

I did't applied for USA within five years because I really don't wanted to go as I'm well established in my home country so. But just want to accompany my wife during her stay as it's difficult for her to focus on study staying away. Please give me desire solution. Should I straight forward apply for Canada spouse visa? OR Should i wait for my 5 year ban to complete (end of this December) before applying.?

A waiver does not exonerate you from the reason you were removed..............it does not erase the removal....it does not change history.....it simply allows you to forego the remainder of the penalties incurred....and it applied ONLY to the ability to apply for entry into the US.....that advice is useless imo..............I still see no benefit of a US waiver in regards to entry into Canada.

 

I think I would just apply for entry into Canada.....and forget any US waiver........

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Would you want to wait that long for a waiver when it would seem to be irrelevant?

Canada and the United States (and UK) openly share immigration, border control info, and criminal history info....there's nothing you'll need to "justify" in regards to the US deportation, as Canada will be made well aware of the details when they begin processing your application.  Just make sure you disclose it when filing the form or else you will face an auto-ban of 5 years for misrepresentation with Canada as well.

 

Canada is, generally, very agreeable in the reunification of family unless serious circumstances are at play (usually certain crimes) that prevents this, although of course there no guarantees when it comes to immigration.   The previous deportation is more of an issue with getting a visit visa than with a spouse dependent visa.

 

One thing though----you said your wife is studying in Canada...which means her time there is temporary...I would assume she is planning on applying as a skilled worker (or fits other family-based criteria) to gain permanent residence there afterwards...or is your plan to return together to your home country after her schooling is complete?

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
