3 weeks of no notification for AOS, should I call USCIS?

We sent the I-485 together with the I-130 last Aug 9, 2019. We received notification and cash checked for I-130 but nothing for I-485. Should we call for follow up?  Thank you so much for your answers.

Not sure about the I-130, but I guess no harm to call USCIS to confirm if everything is going on right.

06/01/2018 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP through UPS

06/11/2018 - Received NOA1 in mailbox(3 letters in total)

06/15/2018 - Received bio appointment in the mail box and finished bio on scheduled date 6/29/2018

07/06/2018 - Submit EAD expedite request - Got a job offer, expedite reason is financial loss

07/24/2018 - AOS status changed to: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

08/04/2018 - Received EAD/AP combo card

02/01/2018 - Sent renew EAD/AP package - Expiration date extends to 01/26/2020

07/23/2019 - AOS case status updated to Interview is scheduled

08/27/2019 - AOS interview - Original K1 file got split up somewhere, couldn't make decision yet
