Hello guys hope you are all doing well.

 

My case is F2a i130 and it hasn't approved yet its still with USCIS and i think within a month or two it will be approved. 

I live outside the United states i am the beneficiary and my father is the petitioner thing is i recently moved to a new place  

its still in the same city ,question is when should i inform and change my address and with whom with USCIS or with NVC

Timeline

You can update once it's time to fill out the ds260 (NVC stage). Everything is online now. They won't send anything via snail mail to you.
