“Accepted Documents” Subject to Reexamination?

Hello everyone,

My wife’s case has been stuck at the NVC since late May. About once a month, they contact me to a correct a new minor error found in my petition (e.g. a cut-off corner of my birth-certificate demonstrating my relationship to my parents). Currently, the documents I’ve submitted for myself, my wife, and my mother are all marked “accepted,” and the only person with pending documents is my father (a household member in our application). My question is whether the NVC will reexamine my, my wife’s, and my mother’s documents—and perhaps find new errors—or whether those documents, being marked as “accepted,” are completely finished.

Thank you!

My understanding is that those documents marked as accepted will not be reviewed again at this stage.

CO will review everything at the interview stage, however, so there is no guarantee that a doc accepted by the NVC is completely in the clear.
