Receiving Approval Notice Twice

Good day! I have received an email last July stating that USCIS approved our petition faster than the average and that it will likely take longer than 30 days for UsCis  to complete the said notice. Once they forward our case to NVC, they will. Send us an email or letter including how to login to CEAC. I have been waiting for the email from NVC for more than 30 days now. But just yesterday, i received the same email again from what i received last July. Im confused now why they sent it to me twice. Is it still legit? Did anyone have the same experience? Can u please enlighten me? Your responses are greatly appreciated. Thank u.

Do you have a screenshot? Did you closely check the email address? Never heard of USCIS stating that they approved faster than normal when approving a petition early.

I’m guessing it was for an IOE filing. I’ve seen this a lot on here, it’s part of a new pilot electronic filing process that they’re testing for I-130s now. They’re getting approved in like 2 months. I’m so bummed I didn’t wait a few weeks to file now.

Yes..it is.  Thankfully, mine was approved in 1 month.

Wow!!!

I read that its just a test right now and theyre moving to develop it fully. Feels nice being a post-June filer knowing we'll get IOE.
