My K1 case at CEAC status show “ready” still and I haven’t received any notice of K-1 interview appointment letter to my home or via e-mail. My Form I-797C, Notice of Action is valid until 16 Sep 2019. But I had submitted the DS-160 application form and paid the K-1 visa fee. I already scheduled for my K-1 interview appointment on 12 Sep 2019.Because I worry the NOV 2 expired. Would there be any problems I scheduled an visa interview appointment or i book medical exam w/o notice letter from us embassy Malaysia? If after the interview date is completed and approved, the I-797C Notice of Action date will be expired during the visa is in process. Would it effect the visa being issued?

Would there be any problems if I don’t have the notice of interview appointment letter when I go to my K-1 interview?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
