Hi. I was just wondering if I can legally drive in California with my Philippines Driver’s License?

I am still in the process of adjusting my status. Thanks

Read California law on the department of motor vehicle website

YMMV

I believe new residents can but only for 10 days.

Agreed - 10 days for CA once you are a resident (note: resident does not refer to immigration status - it's referring to you living in the CA, i.e. not a visitor).
