Employment question - Citizenship

Hi there - I have a quick immigration question for you. I'm unsure how to fill out the employment section of the application being a freelance Tv/Filmeditor...Do I list every job for the last 5 years ( which will be tricky as I can't remember all of them, as there have been many - and all different locations) or do I write self employed for the years I have a had my company (which has been almost 4 years), and just write my physical home address? or finally, do I just give them the payroll companies info for the last several years - Cast Crew, Entertainment partners etc...Anyway, any help would be much appreciated as I'd like to file the paperwork myself, and this is the only section I have stumbled upon.

Best,
Viks

Self employed

If I was to put self employed - Do I just give my home address which is the address of my business? Also, since I have to provide 5 years worth of information, how do I go about the remaining year?

Yes. Wherever you have your company listed .. I’m self employed but not LLC.. I use my home address for tax , immigration etc

Pirior to that year .. how were you paid ? You should list any who gave you a W2 ..    1099 misc would still be self employed

ok, my company is a Scorp - So I'll list that for the 4 years, and any jobs which I got paid via W2 - I'll list the physical address of where I worked? or the name of the studio that I work for? Thank you so much for you help thus far...

Just for context, what visa are you applying for and what is the form number, e.g. DS-160, etc?
