i-129f Beneficiary Child Custody and Residency Question

Hello,

Sorry if this is a repeated question, but I couldn't find a relevant thread in the search bar.

I'm just starting the i-129f paperwork for my fiance to get her K-1 visa (she lives in Taiwan).

She is divorced and has a U.S. Born son, who is going to stay with her ex, his father, in Taiwan.

She has a document declaring she has custody, but the child splits the week staying with her and then his father.

In Part 2. Information About Your Beneficiary question 43-44.h, do I put that the child resides with her and list her address?

Or do I need to put the father's address as well and write 'no' in box 43?

Thanks for any help!

For me being the child will be staying with the father and already has shared time with the father I check NO and would use the father's address for the child's residence.
