There were at least 174 i130 aprrovals on the October 11th, 2019.

I´m so confused then. The updated info here on VJ states the following information:

 

Current Processing Times: September 28th for IR1 I130

Not everyone who files an I130 fills out their info on visajourney. Also, people sometimes forget to update their timeline on visajourney.


LIN199003114_  is an example of a case approved yesterday.

 

^(not including the 10th digit but it should be easy to find using the case status website)

 

The current VJ processing times are estimates. Some get processed before that and some after. I think they are on September and October right now. They haven't started November yet.

Case was sent to NVC on September 30,2019 sent expedite on October 122019 got case number from Nvc October 15, 2019 paid fees but no word on expedited request if they are processing request or not how do you find out??

My case sent to NVC on 09/27 and received on 10/03.hopfully get a case number soon. My question NVC have 3 methods of processing mine Will be 2nd one which is I have sent documents to them email. Do I just pay the fees and fill out the form DS-260?

Everything is online, uploading documents, paying fees, and DS260 is all on CEAC

  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

 

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

 

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date

  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020

  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

 

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!

My petition was sent to NVC on Oct 3. Today I received the case creation email. My case is for IR5 visa - parents. It took just 2 weeks, not the usual month or more.
