Give me your sincere advices.

Sincere advice.

You will not get a visitor visa.  Your sister will have to come take her child back to the US.

  • 3 weeks later...

I have applied my us visa interview will be held on 12-09-2019.  the reason of going to US just to drop my sister son because his school will be started from 5 sep 2019. I m working as Patient Welfare Officer in Hospital monthly salary Rs. 40000 this will be my 2nd time visa applying. Can anyone provide me which docs can help to take alongwith me at the time of interview.

My sister is in newyork  and My mother is in islamabad due to her sister illness. and the sister cannot come to pakistan as she has appointed on a new job in the 2nd last week of August'2019. Az i told u that my nephew is a single parent child. sister bears all his responsibilities and it is difficult for her to come to pak and mother cannot go in rush situation. i feel anxiety because it is more imp for him to go to us . he has also a issue regarding motion sickness dats y some one would be with him. i made a schedule almost 12 days. 4 sep'19-15 sep'2019.

docs which i have is:

1-Visa request application (in which i will explain reasons of y i want to go there and come back to pak )

what u guys think is it ok to give visa officer visa request application because im lil bad in explaining verbally.

2-Employment certificate

3-six months salary slips

4-bank statement

5-child custody agreement (signed by sister)

I would like to add one more document if my sister emailed me a letter for consulate US Pakistan that kindly issuee visa to my sister az i cannot kum to pak.

What do u think guys?

(copying/pasting my response from his concurrent thread)

You can take anything you feel might help with convincing the CO of your reasons for returning to your home  country afterwards but remember that the CO is not obligated to look at anything you bring during the interview (this is largely due to the CO not being able to verify any documents you bring on-the-spot as being authentic).  Some bring employment letters, etc. but again keep in mind that the CO may not look at any of that as their decision is based on the DS-160 and whatever answers you give during the interview.

The CO will be more interested in your reasons for going back home after your trip to the US----not so much interested in your reasons for wanting to visit.

The CO might also be curious about how your past tourist visa application was based on needing to escort your US-based mother back to Pakistan....and now it's based on needing to escort your USC nephew to the States....so it may raise some eyebrows with the CO in terms of why his mother cannot escort him to the US herself, since she is a LPR.  And maybe why she left him in Pakistan since April with no plans on how to get him back to the States to start school (going by your other thread)  In all honesty, it can look to the CO as contrived reasons to travel to the USA.

Then, of course, there is also the issue of the past application details not matching the details on this new application---specifically the employment info that you said you "hid" before on the previous DS-160.

yes by 5 september actually i did not intend to apply bus circumstances has changed due to sister job in two shifts...dats y i applied for visa on 22 Aug in a hurry dats y i got a date of interview 12 sep

Presumably someone has money to pay for airfares, given you are planning to fly, so it's just a question of who flies. Suggest quicker and more sure route is your sister flies over the weekend, fetches him, brings him back. Yes it will be exhausting for her to fly there and immediately come back again, but it will actually be successful if the idea is to get the child back to the US ASAP with an accompanying adult relative.

Well today is the 5th September seems like time is being wasted.

No documents are required, and it is unlikely anything you bring would impact their decision.  The decision is generally made based on the content of the DS-160 application.

I have travelled alone when I was 4.5 years old with my 8.5 yr old sister who had a fracture so I took all responsibility of passports etc ...this was before the days unaccompanied minor service was available.    My kids travel alone all the time.  Airlines have unaccompanied minor program!!  My kids have gone back and forth from the US at least 10 times.

Emirates Airlines will take care of him.  Of course that will mean that you cannot go there, which may disturb other plans - but consul officers are way smarter than you are giving them credit for.  Sorry to be rude - but clearly there are hidden agendas here and if we an see it then believe us consul officers can.

I am willing to wager a 1000 dollars that you will not get the visa.  Book the child a ticket!!
