Does anybody know why it’s taking so long for me to get an interview? I’ve had case complete for 4 months now and I call NvC and they said they scheduling accordingly and once they have an interview they will email me. Anybody else having this issue? Anybody know when they start scheduling appointments?

No one trying to schedule Baghdad appointment? Are there any dates available? Are they even doing interview? I emailed them and they said they are, but it does not look like they are giving dates at all?

The Baghdad embassy is closed now.

The Basra embassy is also closed. So I don't know where they will send us now.

Yeah I saw it this morning. Maybe Erbil? Or they make you go to Jordan or so.

I believe for those waiting for interviews it would be good if the Petitioners (USC) get their Congress people involved otherwise you might end up in limbo forever :(

Just FYI..... No interviews in Iraq. I was told we will interview outside of Iraq; however, somewhere near Iraq. I don't know how much longer it will take. :(

Oh man :( I read that Erbil is still conducting interviews. But maybe that's not true. How long have you been waiting?

Erbil only conducts interviews for NON-immigrant VISAs.

I just got reassigned to Doha. No interview date yet. Inshallah soon.

They are reassigning all Iraq immigrant VISA interviews to either Qatar, UAE or Turkey.
